Old-school kosher luncheonette with delicious food (they still use the original recipes for Eastern European Jewish classics, as well as some modern delights) and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The people who work there have been there many years and are as loyal to the place as the regular customers are. Truly a special place

Hands down the best diner in Manhattan. Their food is so so good. The matzo ball soup reminds me of my childhood and the pierogis are out of this world. Also the staff are just so warm and friendly and you really feel like you’re being taken care of. Truly a relic of old school East Village that has kept its authenticity and amazing food. If you’re looking for some soul warming food this is the place to go.

You can’t not-love B&H. This place has the only kosher authentic old-style diner experience in the world. The guys here will make you feel great, and treat you with love and care - even if the place is packed and crowded! Everything on the menu is worth trying - you can’t go wrong here.
